Turpin, Scott POST FALLS, ID -- It is with great sadness we announce the death of a loving father, son, brother and uncle. Scott Turpin, 50, passed away on Jan. 5, 2015 in Post Falls, Idaho. Scott was a former resident of La Mesa and graduated from Helix High School and San Diego State College. Born Jan. 8, 1964, Scott will be remembered by his son Ben and daughter Abbey Turpin of Post Falls; mother Carole Turpin of La Mesa; father Robert and stepmother Barbara Turpin of Newman Lake, WA; and brother Steve Turpin and family of Post Falls, Idaho. A memorial service was held in Coeur d'Alene, ID, on Jan. 12, 2015.
